CALL BACK SPECIALIST /TELEMARKETER
A WESTERN NY SEALING & PAVING INC. Call Back Specialist’s (CBS) primary responsibility will be phone solicitation. He/ She will also preform routine clerical and administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers.
The CBS will drive sales offering the highest level of customer service. He/she will call a set group of Clients and Potential Clients and offer our services. This person will also answer inbound phone calls. This person must be extremely dependable and work his or her scheduled hours. Having proper phone etiquette, the ability to listen and being persuasive will determine a CBS’s success.
Must Have: Good Oral and Written Communications, Flexibility, Customer Relations experience, Initiative, Trust and Integrity, Time Management, Basic Computer Knowledge.
Desired: Sales experience, Experienced with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, IOS, Pages, Numbers, Analytical skills, Problem Solving skills, Decision Making,
